The ADDIE model is an acronym: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The first official eLearning content standard, AICC was developed by the Aviation Industry CBT Committee in 1993 as a CD-ROM based standard. This model is the standard used for analyzing and evaluating the results of training programs.
