There are more vendors who do not offer the ability to post – i.e. add audio afterwards it is quite amazing. Again, simple and yet again arguably with many vendors difficult to do. There is something wrong when a free and open source product like Audacity can do it, yet a product that costs hundreds of dollars cannot.

Alternatively, SCORM authoring tools can export a course as an HTML5 folder to upload into your LMS. Other reasons include creating content that can be potentially used in different contexts, delivering and managing learning content using an LMS, integrating with other vendors, or creating a rich library of learning resources.

The first official eLearning content standard, AICC was developed by the Aviation Industry CBT Committee in 1993 as a CD-ROM based standard.
