He showed a video where AICC announced that they will adopt TinCan. I joined this session because I am a scenario based learning fan, but this turned out to be a session about the posibilities of a product that let’s you create animated video’s with Lego images and text to speech voices.

Text to speech – Very nice – everyone should offer this feature. Tin Can API, ADA 508 – again this should be universal in any e-learning authoring tool product – but they are not. #8 Object oriented approach – each learner can create their own learning objects. 8 easygenerator.
