Blackboard has been a long time SCORM Engine customer, using Engine to handle the details around playing and tracking SCORM, AICC and xAPI content in the Learn application. #9 Our SCORM Engine solution helps eLogic support SCORM, AICC, xAPI and PENS within the LMS and includes support for offline SCORM support in their mobile app.

You simply hook it up to a computer and it provides a Kinect-like experience. Online/offline synch – there is a demand here, and recent data shows that more consumers are selecting tablets with Wi-Fi over 3G or 4G. They plan on launching a version next year on smartphones. PrimeSense sells a device without using a Kinect device.

In the end, no matter what type of security you setup, if someone really wants to cheat even with a 360 web cam that the vendor provides, it can be done. Most tend to be proprietary, but I have seen a few that are SCORM/AICC and yes even PENS. Anything can be hacked – just ask the DOD. Bottom Line.
