What I am finding is that AICC is nearly gone in the LEP space (as it is with LMSs too), so if I was you, I’d seek SCORM, SCORM 1.2, PENS is nearly non-existent in this segment and CMI-5 is extremely new and few vendors have it – expect more in 2019. Just as you can with any web site on the entire net. Administrator.

Most tend to be proprietary, but I have seen a few that are SCORM/AICC and yes even PENS. One system offers the ability to do so – but prefers that people use just their product rather then pushing it via PENS to a LMS or downloading the course in a SCORM wrapper, then uploading it into a SCORM LMS). Here are a couple of reality points that most vendors fail to recognize: Most end users access off site their systems, unless they are hourly and their only option is to access via work. They see themselves only for a specific region or a few regions, forgetting they have a web site and more importantly, a SaaS based product.

API capability, so courses can be deployed into social media sites that accept APIs, Facebook is one, there are others out there. In social networking alone, over 385 sites.
