Publish includes reporting and tracking details that you can tweak. Discuss Storyline and More Resources are nice, but you have to be online to see them. Same with the flash icon. Who is still using flash, BTW? If you are going to offer Flash as an option, why not HTML5? myself, reading a guide? Pick and Go.
