I think it’s a brilliant program and want to ensure that we are considering assessment and tracking as part of the design process, not as an afterthought. Further reflection hasn’t really changed my original opinion, but I am wondering what the alternatives are. Surveys – I did see a nifty little screenr somewhere about linking an articulate quizmaker score to a free survey tool that I’m going to pursue, as I think it has some interesting merit.

Articulate, Moodle, and SCORM

One of the most common questions I see in forums, twitter, and blogs is how to use SCORM so that the results of eLearning courses developed with articulate can be tracked in the Moodle gradebook. While it is a fairly simple process, many eLearning developers run into problems tracking scores for Articulate courses in Moodle. All it takes is one wrong setting for your scores to not be tracked and there are a lot of SCORM settings to choose from in both programs.

Publish includes reporting and tracking details that you can tweak. You can’t see it on iOS tablets, smartphones unless you use an alternative browser and no offense, I have yet to see one that does a great job. Hollywood is well known for making sequels.
