Analyticals and reporting (quality and quantity). I will note that some LMSs are failing there in the analytical arena, but the majority are not. .

Yet for the SaaS tools, analytics, and offering folks a way to bypass a learning system, as though these tools will more than suffice, shouldn’t be their top, let alone top three objectives.
