Currently, social media is the least used of all customer interaction methods. 57% of financial outperformers are more likely than underperformers to use collaborative and social networking tools to enable global teams to work more effectively together ( IBM CHRO Study 2010 ). 2% increase in customer retention has the same effect on profits as cutting costs by 10%. There are more people on Facebook (901M) than in Europe, Russia & Middle East combined (780M).
