One minus I’ve always found with Cornerstone CSX is their analytics UI/UX. Cornerstone owns Grovo, and mentions often that with the Grovo content you can edit it and add your own stuff, change, etc. Great, but why charge extra for Grovo? Did I let them know that? On the flip side, Grovo is by far one of the most overrated systems on the market, especially with the assumption that it must be “forward thinking” and thus have NexGen robustness. Admin analytical data is nice, could be stronger IMO, but still NexGen exists. Grovo already noted. Anyway, solid and steady.

Analytics come via a dashboard. Grovo – The solution is more of a micro learning platform, as in a catalog of micro courses inc. You can also create assignments, assign folks and have some analytics. What bothered me the most about Grovo was what didn’t happen. They will add it for you if you want.
