Learning Analytics 6. The availability of cost-effective resources to facilitate wide collaboration (including open source software that enables wikis, discussion groups, chat and even web conferencing) presents the chance for organizations to reconsider the effectiveness of the performance support being offered to their people. Analytics will be the buzzphrase of the year. Instead, my belief is that the discussion will be much more around rapid, low-cost content creation.
