People get to a point of plateau with their skills, and I’d love to see more of an emphasis on how to move people beyond that. A lot of great products out there this year, new updates and latest versions; new companies, new services and just some real innovation. Big Dog (Saba, SumTotal, Plateau, Cornerstone OnDemand, Learn.com). Learn.com offered some robust SL capabilities, but you have to pay for one of their premium versions to have it. Categories.

One competitor purchased a VLP as a key component, SAP purchased SuccessFactors, a recruiting system initially turned HCM, who had acquired Plateau, a strong but awful UI/UX LMS. SuccessFactors constantly stated they would invest heavily into Plateau and initially, vast improvement was to be found. LMS is dead or dying.

Subterfuge going on inside the company to deny, even when they knew the fake articles existed? UI/UX needs a serious overhaul. Another needs a UI/UX update. . Privacy issues?
