Here are some other examples I’ve seen where organizations benefit from having the rapid elearning applications available to more than just “qualified” people: A dentist who creates his own videos on tooth care and then uses Articulate Engage to offer some information to his patients. Articulate in my experience builds software that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also intuitive and easy to use. I remember the first time I installed Articulate Engage, I thought this is how software should be built, it’s beautiful and engaging. It was almost like using a beautifully designed iPad app.

Another good example of a form-based tool is Articulate Engage. However, what I don’t like is that the widgets and extra programming required go outside of how the rest of the course is authored in the software and often you’re not able to effectively edit the widgets and add-ons. Simple as that.
