Im just about to kickoff a new project with a manufacturing organization to produce some custom courses. Im gonna call them an "immature e-Learning organization." He was venting about Kirkpatrick evaluations. So thats a vision of the future of e-Learning. Thats mature e-Learning. They seem to want page-turners, more or less.

Belatedly, Im thinking that there are relatively easy ways to enable learners to have cake or to eat it as they see fit. Im not sure I suggested writing WIIFM learning objectives, but they probably have their uses.
