Assessments? Learn.com – They came a bit later, but there is a good story, and yes, they still exist. Learn.com started out as an LMS. Taleo promised to invest big $$$ to make Learn.com amazing. The Learn.com former system, is still there, under the Oracle brand, which uh, yeah, not sure, how that looks.

Learning Systems for 2018 (#25 to #16)

When I was at LTUK a couple of weeks ago, a vendor who was giving a presentation, showed a slide with Learn.com on it, as though their tool worked with it or something like that, uh Learn.com hasn’t been around in like five plus years. Assessment tool, integrations such as Google Drive, Zapier and Office 365 are pluses.

Otherwise, they will follow the route of Learn.com. Learn.com started as a course aggregator. Bye Bye ID terms. History Lesson.

2010 LMS Products of the Year

Big Dog (Saba, SumTotal, Plateau, Cornerstone OnDemand, Learn.com). Learn.com offered some robust SL capabilities, but you have to pay for one of their premium versions to have it. Assessment tools, audit trails, communication, learner and admin functionality exists in this system. These standout to me. Categories.

o and Schoology (whose basic version is free to education/academia) – The tie is because the super robust is their prem version, but nevertheless the basic version has the standard feature sets – including analytics, create assignments and events, assessment tool, email and SMS, filters. Learn.com is now called Taleo.
