I'm working on an article around the use of ROI and metrics in eLearning. This level of evaluation will increase the visibility of learning and development efforts, because successful implementation of Level 3 evaluation Internet Time Blog: ROI is toast. ROI is toast. I recall overhearing one association professional talk about how ASAE Annual is like going to church or temple – you already know what you need to be doing but conference is a nice reminder.
