In fact, my 12 eLearning Predictions for 2009 , was most popular post for 2009 (see 2009 Top Posts and Topics ) and it came up pretty high in the recent Top 125 eLearning Posts of 2009. The second half of the prediction “self directed learning” got less attention during the year than I anticipated, but it was there and certainly was a big part of the discussion around social and informal learning. This is going to get more and more attention this year.
