In my article, I referenced a piece by the BBC,  Turning into Digital Goldfish , where the author said "The addictive nature of web browsing can leave you with an attention span of a goldfish."  "  In my  eLearning 101: Introduction to eLearning  class, I discuss learner attention span and refer often to the domestic goldfish.   So does that mean that a person surfing the web gets distracted in 9-seconds?
