Vendor claimed retention rates, customer service success. Unless you have like 10-25 customers. Pathgather – Yes, they show up due to a revamping of the product (areas I had concern), and better service and support. Sad really, for a solid product, but Mind Tickle! Anyway, still a top tier product in SEP. .

A new UI, a new approach and a new attitude (okay, maybe not that, it just seemed to fit). Between the two systems, I am leaning more towards LMS365, just because I honestly believe it has a future in the SharePoint space much more so than their other product (nothing against it, but…). Biz Library. Cornerstone OnDemand.
