A: I’m split on the fence with standalone assessment tools (example: Questionmark). If that is your attitude then you must still be using a VCR. Growth Engineering – Continues to move forward and the authoring tool Genie is slick. However, as noted above, not all of them (i.e. universally) follow that angle.
