A: I’m split on the fence with standalone assessment tools (example: Questionmark). And in the case of the analyst role, I usually place a sub-set of LMS knowledge exceeding 17 years in the e-learning market, and tracking of extensive number of systems (690 today). If that is your attitude then you must still be using a VCR.
