If you require employees to use a VPN to enter the company’s site prior to going into the LMS, that internet access speed is important, since some people will say “I can’t access” only to find out it is because of their speed hitting the VPN and then going through it (which slows it down). I know of vendors who have the audacity to tell people they have awesome support, but tell me privately they know it is poor. I’ve been there.
