We received the following distress email a few days ago:   I am using your workbook ( Adobe Captivate 2017: The Essentials ) and I'm in Module 11: Working with PowerPoint. However, the audio is not coming working. Captivate only uses the wav and mp3 file format. The audio worked fine.
