This is in reference the immense and rapidly expanding technology tools. It is tough to stay on top of all the emerging tools. However, being involved in an e-learning community is a big help.

Big wins include the apps, ability to record video messages (beyond just audio) and admin side intuitiveness. 3 Blackboard - Love the updated UI with the whole social connect experience which is ideally suited for the education market.
