The products are designed for people who have limited to no real technical skills, such as programming skills or writing HTML, javascript, etc. Add some graphics, place in a.avi clip, a mp3 audio clip, try to toss in a couple of external links and write some content. I liked that you could list your expertise in there, including technical, because if you are offering a Mentor program or SME angle, others can see who is an expert in that specific area. One of the worst ideas, IMO, ever offered in a social learning or social platform is “Impressions&#.

And, hey, many e-Learning vendors are vested in the "old boomer" model of training. who play online role-play games with others, the thoughts are “can I trust this person&# or “how can I earn more points through cooperation.&# Different thought processes…different learning. Thats not in our plan."

Next upload your elements – this can be word documents, videos, audio, etc. The program offers you a timeline you can add additional elements the files you have uploaded/ add a quiz. T/F – it is a staple in the industry; trust me – not everyone loves M/C. Trainees, Courses, E-Mail. Randomize questions.

Library pulls in your video, audio, flash and image files right from your video,image, flash, audio folders on your computer – GREAT IDEA – although I wish they added HTML5. Audio recorder and adding audio. Unless you have used a product like Photoshop or other programs that have layers, etc.
