All three tools have in-built characters but in Captivate, we have Close-up, Half, and Full image options andwe need notcrop the characters. Inserting images is quite simple in these tools.We can scale the images in Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate, but images get blurred on scaling in Lectora. PPT Import.

Be mindful of your content’s volume and image sizes when you develop mobile-friendly courses, as slow mobile download times make viewing heavy content unbearable. Audio: Use the MP3 file format. Use 128kbps audio quality (if it’s speech, e.g. a lecture, you can go even lower). Small is beautiful. Bigger is better.

There’s a decent library of images and icons, but you can also import images from your computer or pull from other presentations you’ve created with Beautiful.ai. You can also add audio from your own computer.
