Currently I am working on the trial version of Adobe Captivate (Having a lot of fun just its a serious learning curve) and currently having trouble transferring videos and audio recordings from my iPhone or iPad to the program. Currently the only resolution I have is Airdropping media to the MacBook and uploading it to Captivate. However, sometimes the video and audio are slow to load or play. For context, I am working on a 2017 Macbook with 8gb of RAM.

If you have an iPad or iPad mini, one way to easily get your audio and video recordings into Captivate is to use Adobe Captivate Draft. Here is a video I did about exactly that.

Paul, the video you provided was helpful. I have not used the ipad draft yet, may need to in the future.

Hi Lorenzo,

Adobe Captivate is a desktop application so the best way to import audio and video in captivate is to copy it to the MAC desktop and then import it in Captivate.

Can you elaborate on the point you made “sometimes the video and audio are slow to load or play”?

Regards,
Mayank
