Well, a lot has been happening in the past three months, from SaaS driven to talent management to course authoring to name changes and everything in between. Blackboard. The freebie does not offer SCORM nor monitoring, but has social learning, assessment tool inc. Plateau is now called SuccessFactors. How amazing?
