You can use either your own 3rd party content authoring tool and upload it into the “Cloud&# and then wherever you are, output either to your LMS, or onto Moodle or even WordPress (they have a plug in for that) OR place the course in Facebook or nearly any solution that accepts APIs. True, some of these companies and vendors can win multiple awards, so that reduces the actual number of winners, but if this is not an example of over saturation, I don’t know what would constitute it. I recall that I gave out awards to “Rapid Content Authoring Tools” and “LMSs” One category had multiple winners.
