I don’t find developing software simulations to be particularly rewarding, for example, because there often isn’t a ton of creativity. Some organizations do evaluate at all four of Kirkpatrick’s levels, and the Success Case Method is another good strategy for evaluating training effectiveness. Those tools are generally underutilized though. A: I wouldn’t learn Flash right now. Most Flash e-learning now is done with rapid tools anyway.
