Some conversations I have with them includes pitching themselves as some type of business intelligence tool with learning, other times it is the opposite. Also, while they have a very nice survey tool the system is missing an assessment tool (it is achieved via your authoring tool). Pricing is high.

These are reports that are created by you, based on filters that you set, and are different than canned reports (come pre-set in the system). That is so wrong. .

UI/UX needs a serious overhaul. Another needs a UI/UX update. .
