Any time we go to create a new course, we pull this common cptx from our controlled documents library, paste in our new slides, author the simulations, etc., We create solely software simulations.) and then publish the file. (We Note: Sometimes clients will need these for their own LMS as well.

This is usually older, legacy content that was created before Flash started to get outpaced by other software platforms. The answer depends on what your content is, what tools you have at your disposal, and what your learners need to get out of the content. Simply republish the course using the latest version of the authoring tool.
