Flash will still have an impact (at least in the area of mobile learning).

Open Source Systems – That have to be 100% free to be considered. Open Source LMS of the Year. Comes with Jackdraw authoring tool, and in the tool you can use Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia & PowerPoint content. The product is Flash based, which is nice, but lack of mobile optimization for the iPad.
