The learners will get access to webinars, recorded webinars, videos, and other online content that they will author separately. They will only convert a portion of the audience to the new service.

Two years ago, after quite a bit of discussion with most people who had this general question, I would figure out that it was going to be relatively easy for them to figure out how to author the eLearning courses, but it was going to be a harder decision on how to get that posted somewhere and available to their existing or new clients.

Courses will be authored using a Rapid Authoring Tool. We are definitely considering doing something like a hosted Moodle solution. Thus, they need to be able to report back out who’s completed the courses. This may grow to be a little bit more than this, but likely not much. So, that’s a pretty simple set of LMS requirements.
