Assessment/Survey/Polls – If your product doesn’t have it – you need it. I hope it does – especially with SaaS products. I’m still stunned at the number of products who feel this does not apply. If your product is SaaS based, push the pedal to the metal and make this a must. Makes sense.

Anyone who used Authorware can attest to that. To be an expert, would require someone to have used every function of the product, and frankly, if they came from a custom development shop which used Storyline and they themselves had e-learning development skill sets, then yeah, you are likely to be an expert. They just wanted a product out the door and a check mark on a list. And that’s the case whether they built them in Authorware or PowerPoint.
