There are even fans today of Authorware, who if it was still around, would bounce right into it. Other course authoring tools started to appear right after Authorware.

Anyone who used Authorware can attest to that. When a vendor uses slides as part of their course design approach they are doing you and the person building the course (if not one and the same) a major disservice and fueling the misunderstanding about effective course design. I always used Chapter, Page, Scenario.

On the other hand if the developer does not agree that a change is required, or if he has a question about the feedback, he can type a note to that effect and send that information back to the tester. Or do you often have a suite of, say, 5 or 10 lessons that have a largely similar format? Captivate 4 introduces Project Templates.
