But I’ve seen this before – it was called CBT (Computer based training with a CD-ROM). Even though WBT was out in full force by 2000, there were still plenty of vendors offering tools to build CBT. Why would someone want to take a rapid authoring tool course on a CD player? What’s next? Not being afraid.
