DevLearn DDX 2020: Week 2 Recap

DevLearn was different this year. It was fully online, called the “DevLearn Digital Experience” (DDX). Realistically, we probably can’t get people to be intrinsically motivated via training, but we can potentially shift them to be more motivated to change their behavior. Even online, it was a great experience.

This year at DevLearn is going to be a busy one! First, I am doing a workshop with over 60 participants with Sharon Boller called “Play to Learn” we’ve had a wonderful time presenting this workshop before at various events and are excited to once again offer it at DevLearn. So…plenty of time:).
