The Five Moments of Need Model is a practical and useful approach that can be used to fill in the ‘learning’ gaps by analyzing the typical role of employees. Instead of focusing only on what the organization wants in terms of learning, it focuses on the specific needs of employees as they go about their work and addresses those needs by providing the requisite training.
