Twitter, Yammer), wikis, blogs, discussion groups, etc. open up exciting opportunities for people to access relevant information where and when they require it. One thing that I've not heard discussed as much is the voice recognition and text-to-speech of the application. It's a mess. There's clear need and opportunity.
