I’ll be the first to admit, that I was not a big fan of the previous versions of the Plateau system. After viewing the Plateau TMS, my concerns in one area have been eliminated, in others, not so much. Plateau LMS is a Talent Management System, made up of four modules. Plateau Learning. I include Learning Portals, LCMSs, as part of the mix. Big Dog (Saba, SumTotal, Plateau, Cornerstone OnDemand, Learn.com). Please remember for TM or as some vendors like to pitch as “performance management or knowledge management&# , the modules are extra and are not part of the system (at least for now). Categories.

CMSs, learning portals geared only are not on the list. The market continues to grow it is nearly impossible to see every vendor’s latest solution. Additionally, vendors can cease to exist quickly. There are a large number of vendors who support ERP systems, inc. Vendors Reviewed. Top 5 Up and Coming List.

The Extended Enterprise blog post and directory will be visible this weekend. There is a growing list of vendors, including small/mid size that are adding talent management components that match the Big Dog systems. A couple of vendors have added HRIS modules.
