Leadership does not care about the words “Personal Knowledge Management”, “Performance Ecosystem” or “Content Curation”~ they care about the concept , but not the words. Leadership does not want to hear about Kirkpatrick , Mager , Bloom’s , Maslow , Gagne , or other learning processes or methodology. Brands are all around us and at a glance we know what they mean and who they represent.
