So, at the recent AECT 2017 conference, I participated in three ways that are worth noting. Unfortunately, the audience was small ( 27 parallel sessions and at the end of the conference) so there wasn’t a lot of feedback. For the other participation session, the book was a series of monographs on important topics.

This is a great book for those who are just getting started with training. This book is heavy on the practical, day-to-day considerations of creating training. For example, there’s a suggestion to put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door of a conference room when you’re recording audio.
