We are delighted to announce that ansrsource have been recognized by the Brandon Hall Group with a Technology Excellence Award in the category “Best Advance in Education Delivered Through Technology.” We received this recognition for our work with Mars, Incorporated on the “Foreign Materials School” project.

“We at Mars are very proud to receive this award in partnership with ansrsource. The collaboration and creativity achieved by combining the talents of the ansrsource and Mars teams to develop an innovative e-learning approach means our consumers, customers, and associates will all enjoy a benefit for many years to come,” said David Gellie, Global Petcare Head of Material, and Cathy Baillie, Corporate Food Integrity Manager, from Mars.

Foreign material contamination was one of the highest cost drivers for Mars and, after a major product recall, Mars approached ansrsource to help them create a training program for their employees that would improve the process of tracking and reducing impurities found in products, with a goal of helping employees understand and follow processes to ensure raw materials—and final products—were free from impurities and foreign bodies. The result—a gamified, web-based learning experience—was designed to educate Mars employees globally on the dangers of foreign materials in food products and how to identify, eliminate, and control foreign bodies contamination. This course serves as a relevant, highly impactful training solution for Mars as it directly impacts company revenue and reputation.

“What sets ansrsource apart from our competitors is our unique approach that puts the learning experience and learning goals at the center. This recognition validates our methods and our commitment to making learning more effective, accessible, and affordable. We are grateful for the award and the continued dedication of every member of our global ansrsource family,” said Rajiv Narayana, President and CEO of ansrsource.

Brandon Hall Group, the leader in recognizing human capital management excellence, announced the winners of the Excellence in Technology for 2022 last week. Winners of our Excellence in Technology awards are the pace-setters in ensuring employers have the leading-edge tools they need to evolve and prosper in the challenging environment we all work in,” said Brandon Hall Group Chief Operating Officer and awards program head Rachel Cooke.
