Large companies may be able to devote resources to a dedicated on-boarding program that spans weeks… but small companies don’t have this luxury. The firm has other constraints common to smaller firms (10 to 250 employees) including limitations related to technology, time, expertise for developing/delivering training, and dollars available to spend on developing training. Getting new employees ramped up quickly is the challenge and goal of every company.
