Becoming a Social Business – Beyond Culture Change

Over the past few years, the need to become a social business and to promote enterprise-wide collaboration have taken hold in many organizations. We have become accustomed to blaming the culture of an organization for the failure of any initiative, and more so when the change calls for redefining and re-imagining how people work and interact. No matter how hard we try to change the culture – and I do believe that leaders and managers are trying – the discourse we use lets us down.
