The initial list only cited LMS vendors, if I was to include LEP/LXP, the new rankings would list Degreed (YES) in the #7 spot, and thus GyrusAim would go to eight and so forth (thus making 10 vendors). Part of the challenge by country, is that for some vendors their HQ is in another country, but then they have an HQ for a certain part of the world, in another country. Dokeos (YES).

There’s no vendor who creates Moodle per say. Out-of-the-box Moodle holds little attraction to a busy trainer or business owner who lacks an IT staff or instructional designer. However, small businesses demand it , and require it to survive. At least you have a choice of vendors to do the work. Dokeos is very simple to use with good reporting, I also like Ilias.
