The bottom line without getting technical or overly detailed, the solution is hosted on your vendor’s servers and not hosted on your internal servers. With a hosted solution, the vendor’s servers are able to tested to withstand scenarios like this. LMSs and their client list. Ask for references is a waste of time.

My latest take on those three vendors (plus one) are: Cornerstone On Demand – I have seen the new UI and I like what I saw. via VOIP, mobile, telephone, etc. They also have a lot of partnerships with LMS vendors – so that adds to an additional distribution channel. . 1%, the pr you see, seems to indicate a massive upheaval in the M&A angle, especially in the learning system space. . Yet one of the items that is never mentioned are the customers and employees of the vendor who has been acquired. Some vendors will be flexible with you, and allow you to leave if you so desire, others less so.
