I love the multi-tenant (extended enterprise) functionality, SMS notification (text) as well as the standard e-mail notification. So, why aren’t they higher?

Ask and Expert and Content Curation are wonderful, but it is a separate module (even if you buy Enterprise), which is downer for me, because the feature sets are quite good. That is great.
