A vendor who made not only poor business decisions with the likes of Percipio, but also with the monumental blunder of acquiring SumTotal. . Percipio was, well, to say it politely an unmitigated disaster, a result of poor business decision making by Skillsoft. This is also about a vendor who lost their way. It is from Percipio.

SkillPort scores very high as well on satisfaction. SkilISoft SkillPort Skillsoft 12 8.03 IBM Lotus Learning Manag. However, I would be concerned if I was a starter LMS vendor because Moodle is going to cause you grief in the bottom of the market. If nothing else, it causes the perception that there's a free competitor.
